How to locate and change heating resistor in 20 reg citreon xsara picasso 1.8?

in the summer my picasso's heating stopped and the fan doe's not work either,any suggestion's?

i have changed the fuse's,i keep reading about the resistor so i'm going to try that but want a little more knowledge on the how to d.i.y i have spot on knowledge on car's exterior as im a spraypainter but anything mechanical is another world of it's own.How to locate and change heating resistor in 20 reg citreon xsara picasso 1.8?Someone covered this a while ago.
