How to change a battery fuse (black one) in my 89 mazda 626 . Fuse is located near the battery.Why it went bad?

A fuse is not located near the battery but a Relay is. Yes, the black thing is a relay, a switch- which controls the electric circuit, kindly ref : circuithttp://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Switch. When the relay becomes bad then the engine will not start or the wiring system will not operate. So you have to replace it with a new one. Just remove it by pulling it as you press the lower clips in hard and fitting a new one in it's place.How to change a battery fuse (black one) in my 89 mazda 626 .
