I know how to pop out the cartridge that the fuse is in but I dont see an easy way to open up the cartridge. Two different things. That is why it is very important not to listen to most people on here giving advice. If you are careful you do not need to kill the main breaker (all the power) first remove the panel box face plate (thing with the door on it) angle out the breaker (snaps out) and bring to your local hardware store match amp size and NAME of breaker box! Snap the new one back in. Good luck
