95 Ford Probe Questions!!?

I have a 95 ford probe gt and last night my dash lights along with my tail lights went out, i changed the fuses but they keep popping. What could be the problem? and how do i fix it? i also want to know can you put a KLZ Motor in my car? Any good site where i can find cheap engines?95 Ford Probe Questions!!?If it keeps poppin fuses than most likely there is a short somewhere in the system,could be the dimmer switch.
